2020 BaumaLight Flail Mulcher for Skid Steer MS760

The 700 series Baumalight brush mulchers will efficiently mulch heavy brush and trees and are designed for contractors, rental and any other heavy duty mulching and land clearing. The 700 Series teeth are available in either Ripper or Planer style. The carbide Ripper tooth is the good general use tooth. Their v-shaped design shreds through brush and makes them less vulnerable in areas plagued by rocks and debris. The 700 Series Planer style tooth provides the most efficient cutting by smoothly chipping away at the brush. Its flat profile however makes it vulnerable to shattering on impact with rocks and other debris.

The 500 & 700 series skidsteer mulchers come with pressure gauges which is very handy to watch and see how close you are to maximum pressure; once you start blowing over relief the mulcher becomes very unproductive.

Operating a Brush Mulcher from a skid steer is probably the most comfortable way for vegetation management as your work is directly in front of you and new skidsteers are very operator comfort focused.

The integrated brush bar helps control the brush and bend taller brush for easier mulching.

These two position skid shoes allow you to adjust the cutting height for optimal clearing performance.

Baumalight hoses are sleeved for the operator and hose protection. A pivoting arm is also standard with a greaseable pin keeping the slack out of the way which protects the hoses from dangerous pinching and strain.

The 700 Series tooth utilizes the Cup and Cone mount, which is machined into the holder and forged into the teeth. Engineered to take all the strain off the mounting bolt and eliminating shearing forces, these carbide teeth are bolted in place.

These heavy-duty tooth holders resist bending and keep you working longer.

For smoother mulching, the spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time.

The relief valve protects the motor and the hydraulic system from pressure spikes. When an obstacle is hit the relief valves open and relieves the pressure.

Large PSI pressure gauge for maintaining the optimal flow that gives you a clear indication of the most efficient brush mulching performance.

A heavy duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. This offers protection from the shocks inherent in mulching.

Protective steel cover that prevents damage from wire fencing.

The rear of the unit is guarded by a chain curtain so standing brush enters and mulched debris exits.

Heavy duty frame with T1 alloy tool steel sheet metal for all the main areas. Powder coated frame with multiple anti-slip pads to give you secure footing for ease of entry and exit from your cab.

Our powder coat finish is much tougher than conventional paint to stand up to the rigors of mulching and helps prevent rusting.

Our industry leading bent axis piston motors make the most use of your hydraulic flow and pressure for your brush clearing needs.

Couplers must be ordered separately as we do not supply hydraulic couplers with product due to the variety carrier specifications.
