2020 Cotech Inc. Folding Silage Fork FER14

Designed for manipulating and compacting silage into silos.

Incredibly robust construction, this unit is built to support the workload of large farms and contractors.

Its foldable design makes it versatile enough to move large amounts of silage but at the same time be able to fold up to maneuver right up to the wall of the silo.

The FER is built for use on large industrial loaders or telehandlers.

It's built using tubular steel HSS for the frame and Hardox 450 for the tines.

The tines are 60 inches long to provide the maximum load capacity possible.

It is available in 14 and 16 foot models.

A nitrogen shock absorber helps to prevent wear on the pivot points and the hydraulic system.

To avoid structural wear to the base of the fork which is making contact with the ground, we have doubled the wear blade along its entire length.

To achive this and get the maximum longevity possible, we used a beveled blade made of carbon steel commonly used on high quality buckets.

1½'' square Hardox 500 steel tines are used for the bottom bar to provide unprecedented durability.

In order to minimize the impact of the hydraulic cylinders on the hydraulic system and the fork structure, we have added industrial strength rubber stoppers to the frame.

In addition, a nitrogen shock absorber comes standard on the hydraulic system. The shock absorber protects the cylinders and prevents wear on the pivot points.

All the pivot points on the fork are accessible and easily greasable.

2½ inches pivot point pin fitted with replaceable bushings.

The industrial grade pivot pins have a 2½ inches diameter and are built to resistance the test of time. In addition, they are equipped with replaceable and greaseable wear rings which make it easier to maintain.
