2024 Orsigroup SS-Forrest 150

Information

2024 Orsigroup SS-Forrest 150

From 50 to 110 HP

The new evolution of Forestry mulcher for branches and shrubs up to 15 cm in diameter, but also evolved for needs in shredding of orchards and vineyard pruning residues whilst coupled with low-power tractors.

The new rotor with FLANGES TOOL LIMITER (FTL) technology has steel flanges which allow to limit the depth of the cutting tools, reducing the demand for power and ensuring maximum performance.

Equipped with screwed and interchangeable adjustable support slides, with four rows of counter-knives, it guarantees a fine and homogeneous shredding, with hydraulically adjustable hood opening and monolithic body completely in 6 mm Hardox.

Double row of screwed chains limits the escape of shredded material protecting the operator.

Fitted with mechanically adjustable Arch for pushing down branches as well as protecting the tractor and also helps feed the material into the rotor for shredding.

Features may include:

  • SINGLE FRAME TOTALLY IN HHARDOX STEEL 6 MM THICKNESS
  • BONNET HYDRAULIC OPENING
  • DOUBLE FREE WHEEL IN THE GEARBOX ONLY PTO 1000 RPM
  • HOSES INSIDE THE FRAME
  • SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS ON DOUBLE ROLLER ROW
  • MAXIMUM CUTTING Ø 15 CM
  • MONOCOQUE FRAME IN HARDOX TH. 6 mm
